As per product team’s confirmation, once RSSU installation complete, this form can’t be reopen any longer, but we have alternative ways to achieve the goals:
  • For RS and RTS checks, it’s best to test the same way the form does, the healthcheck URL:   https://<computername>:<port>/retailserver/healthcheck?testname=ping
  • CPOS connectivity can be quickly tested by simply opening the URL to the site.     
  • For Async, go into HQ and look at Download sessions first.  If things are sitting in state available and not downloading, then check Event Viewer on the CSU (Formerly RSSU) PC under this component and verify if there are errors occurring.
